Once you create your first GTM Tagging Server, your 14-day trial period begins. During this period you have no limitations and can use all features.

Use the trial period to determine:

• how many more events you can capture
• how many events you need per month (with regard to the plan choice)
• what features you need

If you do nothing, your tagging servers will automatically stop at the end of the trail period. You can then start it at any time by choosing a plan and entering a payment method.

If you have already chosen a plan and set up payment before the end of the trail period, your GTM Tagging Servers will continue to run without interruption.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

If your company is located in a Euro country, you can alternatively take part in the SEPA direct debit procedure.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, which will immediately increase the performance of your GTM Tagging Servers.

It is also possible to downgrade to a lower plan at any time, but the change itself will only take effect at the end of the current billing period for your subscription.

In general, the goal of a HTTP request is to access a resource on the server.

Your tagging servers receive various types of HTTP requests from the Internet. In addition to the requests that arise from the integration on your website, there are also many requests from bots.

In our billing model, we take into account all requests that are relevant from a tracking perspective. This primarily includes events which have to be processed by the GTM Tagging Servers. Depending on the configuration, the delivery of the GTM can also count (provision of the JS code).

Your tagging servers keep running, so your tracking works at all times!

Once a month we compare the booked requests with the used one. In the event that the service used was too high, we will adjust your plan accordingly. This happens completely automatically to ensure that your tracking continues to work.

No, the unused request volume expires at the end of the monthly interval.

Since the GTM Tagging Servers are running for you, regardless of whether you use them or not, no other handling is possible here.

If the individual websites use the same GTM server Container, you need our multi-domain feature. With this it is possible to define domains on which the GTM tagging servers can be are used. Please note that this feature is only available on the Business plan.

If you have a GTM server container for each country/language, you will need multiple tagging server configurations that must be created and billed separately.
